How do you charge?
Flexibly, and always agreed before we build. Websites usually run as a priced launch scope; applications as short blocks of work; and where ongoing support genuinely serves you, we'll shape a care plan around it. What we optimise for is the outcome, a site or process that measurably saves you time or wins you work.
How can you deliver in two weeks?
We only take on a few projects at a time and design directly in the browser, so you review a real working site instead of static mockups. Fewer hand-offs means faster decisions.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Menus, prices, opening hours and galleries are set up so you can edit them without touching code, and the handover walkthrough shows you exactly how.
I already have a site on Wix or Squarespace. Can you move it?
That's one of our most common projects. We rebuild your content on a faster site with no monthly platform fee, redirect your old links so Google doesn't lose you, and help you cancel the subscription.
What do you mean by "business processes"?
The admin that eats your week: bookings scattered across WhatsApp, job sheets in spreadsheets, invoices chased by memory. We build simple, secure apps and automations, email alerts, AI agents, installable tools your team actually uses, that take those steps off your plate. Gymspire and S&D Building and Groundworks both run on tools we built.
Where do you work?
We're London based and work with clients across the UK and beyond. In person where it helps, over video everywhere else, the process is the same either way.
What if I need changes after launch?
The first 30 days of tweaks are free. After that, anything you'd like added is quoted before we build it and billed by time, most small jobs are turned around within the week.
